Research Goal

To understand how concert attendees stay connected with their friends during live events, identify the challenges they face when separated, and explore opportunities to improve group coordination in crowded environments.

Research Questions

  1. How do attendees currently stay connected with their group during concerts?
  2. What challenges arise when group members get separated?
  3. How do poor network conditions affect communication?
  4. What methods do people use to find their friends?
  5. What information would help attendees reconnect faster?

Participants

5 concert attendees aged 22–30 who regularly attend music festivals, concerts, and large live events.

Participants were selected based on their experience attending crowded events where staying connected with friends can be difficult.

Duration of the interview —— 15 -20 min avg

Requirement Criteria —— Attended at least one concert, festival, or large live event within the last year.
